One-quarter of the world’s venture capital-funded cyber-security startups are Israeli.“Cyber is a great business. It’s growing geometrically because there is never a permanent solution, it’s a never-ending business,” said Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s Prime Minister. Israel has now become a cybersecurity powerhouse at the center of an $82 billion industry. Israel is assisting smaller nations (e.g., Singapore), creating 300+ cybersecurity startups, exporting last year $6.5 billion in cybersecurity products. In 2016, Israel alone accounted for about 20% of the global private cybersecurity investment.
