Role and Responsibility

  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and identifying the new market trends

  • Develop, review, and implement new sales strategy.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.

  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends​


  • ​ Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

  •  Working experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Assistant, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Ability to provide amazing customer service to the clients.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.

  • Excellent ability to make a timely decision.
