Roles and Responsibility

  • Tracking, reporting and analysing paid search engine and social media campaigns

  •  Search Engine Marketing (cost per click/ CPC) , Display Media, Social Networks, and leveraging Analytics.

  •  Responsible for managing CPC campaigns. (AdWords, Bing, 2nd tier engines, vertical portals or channels, etc.)

  •  Keyword research, developing ad copy, engine selection budget allocation, landing page selection, CPC, and bid management overall account strategy.

  •  Report internally to the digital marketing head on performance, results, and campaign challenges, along with new ideas

  •  Create an associated keyword expansion roadmap, working with the content team to develop relevant ads.  Managing SEM budgets and Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Activities.

  •  Develop, implement and maintain paid search strategies and recommendations.

  •  Deploying SEM best practices across accounts, campaigns, and devices

  •  Create email nurture campaigns, and automated campaigns using get-response, mail chimp, and active campaigns.

  •  Create and design Instagram strategies like hashtags, and reels usage and create and design Instagram content posts in line with the customer brand guidelines.

  •  Design landing pages using click funnels.

  •  Should be able to generate leads and manage the customer relationship and identify upsell, cross-sell opportunities.

  • Define and Measure ROI and KPIs/Sales Targets across the sales funnel.


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a marketing professional in managing online marketing campaigns.

  • 3 years of experience in account management.

  •  Hands-on experience of all different digital marketing channels especially Instagram marketing, email marketing, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  •  Experience in designing Instagram posts.

  • Experience in using advanced designing tools like adobe.

  • Experience in designing landing pages using click funnels.

  •  Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and hands-on knowledge of CRM software.

  •  Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.

  •  Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  •  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, etc.

  • Self-Starter. Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a similar relevant field is desirable.

  •  Candidate should be assertive and should be able to close deals.

  •  Knowledge and experience in creating online sales funnels.

  •  Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments.

  •  Knowledge of social media management.
