Integrations Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibility

  • Point of contact for any issue related to integration and POC for API  integrations in general for global issues

  • Lead integrations activities with partners and lead projects

  • Understand the partners needs and lead the processes & project

  • Work closely with the team, which its majority is in Israel.

  • Support escalation from 3rd tier support

  • Extract data from various of sources, analyze it and point to the relevant data

  • Develop proactive and predictive processes and tools to improve the business

  • Solve complicated problems related to our flow and provide alternative solutions and workarounds.

  • Work closely with the global team

  • Deliver lecture-based and hands-on training courses for internal customers (Transfer tech knowledge internally)

  • Provide technical consulting services to company partners worldwide.

  • Identify GAPS in current processes and work on improvements

  • Dependability: Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure.

  • Initiative: Tackles problems and takes independent action, seeks out new responsibilities, acts on opportunities, generates new ideas, practices self-development

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Software engineering or equivalent is required.

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and work across multi-functional organizations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure situations, while developing sound implementation approaches which solve the business problem or environment which they support

  • Experience in a global company

  • Experience with SaaS and medical equipment is an advantage

  • 3+ years of experience as Production support engineer

  • 3+ years of experience in SQL tools and Queries

  • Demonstrated knowledge of large-scale systems integration.

  • C# programming experience or any other equivalent programming tool is an advantage

  • Experience and/or understanding of repositories such as GIT, SVN, etc. is an advantage

  • Experience and/or understanding of Bug tracking tools such as Jira

  • Experience and/or understanding of Python programming language is an advantage

  • Experience working with at least one of the major SQL database engines (Oracle, SQL Server).

  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle

  • Understanding of databases, web applications, and ERP applications.
