Build and maintain iTero Data Platform infrastructure in a full automation first approach
Maintain, improve, and upgrade Staging and production environments of large scale, distributed and mission critical systems.
Function as a critical support for production environment cloud support
Ensure that the manufacturing infrastructure is configured as per the company policy and fully operational and that software is installed and configured according to client requirements.
Maintain and enforce security and applicable standards.
Configure cloud based continues deployment clusters.
Provide End-user Computing support to clients which includes provisioning, implementation, troubleshooting and support for those operations.
Provide On-call security support as needed (may include off-hours).
Implement and execute security controls to ensure enforcement of policies and procedures. • Create technical knowledge base articles.

Minimum 3+ years’ Experience of supporting Windows and Linux Systems in a production environment
At least 3 years’ experience with AWS stack (S3, EC2, Kinesis, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail etc.)
Excellent Scripting skills - Bash, Python. PowerShell - Must Solid knowledge with Terraform - Must
Good Understanding of git concepts and CI / CD processes
Experience in implementing CI/CD and automation - Must
Experience with logging and monitoring tools - Splunk, SingalFX, ELK
Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy. Intune Knowledge is an advantage
Familiarity with Data Lake / Big data systems, such as Databricks, snowflake, Apache spark is a big advantage
Experience with configuration management tooling • Understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, networking, and storage.
Understanding of IT security and controls.
Good Problem-solving abilities, able to resolve most technical issues.
Interpersonal Relationships – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well with others of all personality types while demonstrating problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent English, spoken & written.
Team player - willing to put forth the effort for the betterment of the team.
