Roles and Responsibility

  • Ensure that the manufacturing infrastructure is configured as per the company policy and fully operational and that software is installed and configured according to client requirements.

  • Configure cloud based continues deployment clusters.

  • Build operating systems images.

  • Provide End-user Computing support to customer which includes provisioning, implementation, troubleshooting and support for End-user Computing operations

  • Maintain, improve, and upgrade development and production environments of large scale, distributed and mission critical systems.

  • Function as a focal point for production environment cloud support

  • Maintain and enforce security and applicable standards.

  • Provide End-user Computing support to clients which includes provisioning, implementation, troubleshooting and support for End-user Computing operations.

  • Deploy, configure, manage, and perform routine maintenance of iTero’s Windows devices.

  • Align the OSs and platforms to the organization security standards.

  • Verify all Operating Systems and services are monitored.

  • Provide On-call security support as needed (may include off-hours).

  • Implement and execute security controls to ensure enforcement of policies and procedures.

  • Create technical knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as an IT Sys Admin (Servers, Networking, Virtualisation)

  •  3+ years’ Experience of supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 under manufacturing environment

  • Basic experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud providers

  • Scripting skills: Bash, Python – An Advantage

  • Experience with monitoring platforms such as Splunk, PRTG, etc.

  • Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy

  • Solid Knowledge in (Intune)

  • Experience in building and deploying operating systems images

  • Scripting skills - Bash, Python. PowerShell – An advantage

  • Very solid experience in at least 2 of the following domains:

       o Patch management

       o IDM/MAM solutions (Intune)

       o Active Directory

       o SSO/SAML

  •  Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.)

  • Security monitoring and analytics (e.g., ELK/Splunk)

  • Good Problem-solving abilities, able to resolve most technical issues.

  • Experience in building operating systems images and deploying images.

  • Interpersonal Relationships – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well with others of all personality types while demonstrating problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent English, spoken & written.

  • Team player - willing to put forth the effort for the betterment of the team.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
