Role and Responsibility

  • The senior technical persona in the Enterprise team and the Tier 3 go to person for various team members and business stakeholders for an advice, consultancy and troubleshooting support.

  • Consulting, reviewing, and approving solutions design for selected Enterprise projects Functional Specification Design documents and Agile enhancements designs as needed.

  • Approving commits for both code and declarative changes made by the team.

  • Proactively developing the team on best practices in code and no-code based solutions, that will lead to system stability and optimization, avoiding governance limits, test coverage, and others.

  • Having Systematic mindset, ensuring the general direction of all developments are in line with the to-be state.

  • Ensuring business continuity by leading resolution on ad hock incidents

  • Serving as Global Technical Lead for the Enterprise on specific areas in the system architecture

  • Planning, initiating, and overseeing the improvement of the current platform architecture, stability, reliability and redundance.

  • Collaborating with Platform and Regional Architects and Development Managers on ongoing system  evolution, integrations, and introduction of new features and tools

  • Working closely with the rest of IT Enterprise Systems Analysts, Delivery team and Global Process

  • Owners in enhancing the business value from a holistic and long-term perspective

  • Serving as organizational Salesforce ambassador and Technical Enterprise level point of contact

Requirements

  • 5+ Years as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Technical Lead in complex Global large-scale Organization

  • Extensive and versatile development experience in complex architectural solutions

  • Vast Salesforce experience, including development leadership in multi-tenant CI/CD environment,

  • API based or middleware integrations, architectural design and execution, system governance.

  • Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, AutoRABIT or others, and Master Control methodology

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Solid understanding of best practices, system limitations and governance limits, automation optimization

  • Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services

  • Comprehensive understanding of Project Delivery Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies

  • Detail-oriented individual who also sees the large picture.

  • Architect Certification.
