Roles and Responsibility

  • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization

  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success

  • Conducting on-site analysis of web SEO competition.

  • Using google analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.

  • Creating high-quality SEO content.

  • Assisting with blog content.

  • Optimization of content.

  • Keeping up to date with developments in SEM.

  • Execute tests, collect, and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links

  • Develop and implement link building strategy

  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend best practices.

  • Take part in submissions across the web Directories and article, directories, social bookmarking, blog and forum Submission to increase link popularity for websites and other SEO related activities

  • Define and Measure ROI and KPIs/Sales Targets across the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Min experience 3-5 yrs

  • 1-2 years of experience in SEO in a digital marketing agency/or SAAS company.

  • Deep understanding of Google Algorithm as well as current and historical search engine optimizations best practices.

  • Strong Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS, etc

  • A strong understanding of all SEO best practices such as SEO friendly site architecture, tags, coding, site speed optimization, link building, and more

  • Knowledge of JavaScript & PHP (preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of SEO Tools (keyword tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Moz, Ahref etc)

  • Experience in working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments.

  • Fluency in SEO core elements including on- page and off- page tactics, site- navigation optimization, internal linking, URL structure, metadata, headers, page templates, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, structured data tags, etc.
