Roles and Responsibility

  • ​Proactively source and identify potential candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals,and other creative means. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and evaluate technical skills to ensure alignment with job requirements provided by the client.

  • Take responsibility from initial brief, candidate contact and interview cycle while working seamlessly with the team to assist in recruitment efforts and ensure accurate candidate recordkeeping.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates, guidance, and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Foster long-term relationships to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Understand the requirement, sourcing resumes and post the openings on multiple job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, or similar field.

  • Minimum 2 years of IT or Tech recruitment experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate professionally via written and verbal communications.

  • Hands-on experience with various interview platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google meet, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search) 

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
