Employees are eligible to avail only 12 holidays from the list i.e., 7 restricted and 5 compulsory holidays.

Compulsory holidays are mandatory (Must be availed on the specified day).

Employees can work on restricted holidays if required.

Restricted holidays could be availed at the employee’s discretion and could be compensated for any other restricted/regional holiday.

Restricted holidays that falls on Saturday could be availed as Comp -Off subject to the reporting manager's approval.
