• Manage and establish Material Master data in SAP and be the Subject matter expert covering this area.

• Collaborate with all relevant departments - manufacturing, Engineering, QA/RA, IT, service, Customer success, Support, and others - to define, monitor and manage Materials Master Data and Product catalog.

• Identify various data processes across the organization in different areas (marketing, sales, ordering, customers, install base, material master, finance, etc..) and find out the best approach to manage, utilize and refine the data.

•  Identify & solve data gaps & incompatibility between systems, find the RCA and deliver the change (business & technical-wise)

•  Work closely with the iTero’s Global Process Owners, Product owners, Project managers and solution architects, supporting them with identifying and fulfilling their data needs. 

• Collaborate and provide guidance to master data analysts with ongoing data set up and configuration tasks.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Day to day activities:               

• Master data management in SAP

•  Manage activities that are required to support commercial and transformation projects.

• Product Catalog management in SFDC/CPQ 

• Investigate the data flows between systems, enhance and improve when required. • Create business processes for ongoing Data maintenance. 

• Be the first contact for any data gaps, understand the Root cause and find what should be done differently. 

• Be the expert of SAP Data infrastructure – how processes impact the data and what reports can be generated via BO.
