Satish Srinivasan, a sophisticated lawyer with 18 years of expertise in the legal grounds is now a part of the chamber as Vice Chairman. Satish is a partner at the ALMT legal. Satish has an extensive background in advising and structuring JVs in India, advising clients in establishing their presence in India through incorporation of Companies or setting up branch offices.
He has also been involved in taking approvals and reporting to the Foreign Investment Promotion Board and RBI apart from handling routine Company law compliances, FEMA compliances including Compounding matters before RBI, etc.
Satish completed his graduation from Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune in 1995. After which he pursued his Masters in Personal Management from Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research, 1997. Satish then served his passion in the legal field by completing his Bachelors degree in Law from the Symbiosis Law college in the year 2000.
